Join us March 7th at Makeshift Art Space from 5-9pm for our art show “[IM]PERFECT PARTICIPATION”, part of the Downtown Bellingham First Friday Art Walk.
This show uplifts our belief that movement spaces are not stagnant, and must include all types of people. Community to Community will also be celebrating the launch of our new zine featuring community-made collages and a polaroid photography project with words from community members. The show’s title comes from one of our favorite quotes from Cesar Chavez; “We don't need perfect political systems; we need perfect participation.”
Where: Makeshift Art Gallery 306 Flora St, Bellingham, WA 98225
When: March 7th 5-9pm
We look forward to seeing you there!
