PROGRAM: Local independent newspapers and Border Patrol relationships with communities on a border town including cross-border relations with Canadian communities since 9-11: issues related to the expanded Border Patrol mission and the effect of Border Patrol activities on immigrant families and its further effect on citizens of different ethnic and racial groups.
